Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OmniGEO Shield ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

OmniGEO Shield helps brands measure how AI engines reference them. Outputs (scores, citations, JSON-LD, recommendations) are informational and provided "as is". AI engines change frequently; results may vary.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans, billing, cancellation

  • Free plan: limited monthly scans. Paid plans: monthly or annual via Paddle.
  • Overage: scans above your plan quota are billed per 100 scans at the rate shown in your plan.
  • You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Prices exclude VAT/sales tax where applicable. Paddle is the Merchant of Record.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service, scan websites you don't own or have permission to test, submit illegal content, or use the Service to attack third parties.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the URLs, prompts, and brand data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific visibility outcomes in any AI engine.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
