What counts as a scan?+

A scan is one complete GEO analysis of a brand or URL across all enabled AI engines. Failed scans are not counted. If you exceed your monthly quota, additional scans are billed at €4/100 scans (Pro) or €3/100 scans (Enterprise). Overages are charged automatically via Stripe at the end of your billing cycle and shown in your account Usage dashboard.

When does my billing cycle reset?+

Monthly plans reset on the calendar day you subscribed; annual plans renew yearly. Scan quotas reset at the start of each calendar month.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings — you keep access until the end of your current billing period, with no further charges after that.

Is my data private?+

Your scans, prompts, and brands are isolated per-account at the database level. Only you (and EGNITE admins for support purposes) can access them.
