What counts as a prompt?+
A prompt is one tracked question run against the AI engines included in your plan. Failed runs are not counted against your monthly allowance.
What is a deep search?+
A deep search runs your prompt against premium reasoning models with grounded web search, returning cited sources and author attribution. Each plan includes a set number of deep searches, and every LLM unlocked on your plan can be run at its premium reasoning tier.
What is an expert page recheck?+
Our team manually reviews the AI-generated recommendations and JSON-LD for one of your pages, corrects them, and sends the improved version back to your platform within 48 hours.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings — you keep access until the end of your current billing period, with no further charges after that.
Is my data private?+
Your scans, prompts, and brands are isolated per-account at the database level. Only you (and EGNITE admins for support purposes) can access them.
